“In all my years of doing yoga, I had never had a teacher as amazing as Paulina. Not only did she teach us all how to love yoga, and make it part of our daily routine, but her knowledge of the body, and how it reacts to all the different poses, was a learning in itself and made us love to do the poses even more. Even when I badly injured myself and dislocated my shoulder from skiing and tore my ligaments, Paulina had the knowledge to adapt the poses so that I was still able to participate in the class in a modified way. Paulina is by far, the most incredible and gifted yoga teacher I have ever come across in my 20 years of doing yoga. Being taught by her is an experience not to be missed by anyone, whether they have ever done yoga or not. Her experience, knowledge and ability to finely tweak your pose so you get maximum effect in your body is second to none.” — Jennifer F.

“I have experienced yoga sessions run by many instructors. By far, Li Ling is the best. She is very knowledgable in the practice of yoga, and able to adopt the relevant yoga poses to address to my physical needs. Finally, Li Ling is highly instrumental in helping me in improving my physical well being.” — Ai N.

“When conducting the class Paulina spoke clearly, concisely and didn’t use flowery language. She would also always demonstrate the pose hold both in the correct way and the incorrect way. This ensured that everyone was very clear what was expected of them. She always had equipment in the class to ensure that those that needed additional support to hold a pose safely had that helped. It meant that everyone at all levels and ailments were able to enjoy the class. Paulina, had an incredibly positive outlook and made everyone in the class feel like they had achieved something.” — Rosa N.

Chris is a rare combination of an expert in field and an expert communicator. He presents functional anatomy in an interactive and integrative style that makes a two-hour class feel like 20 minutes. If you want to become a better yoga teacher, a better yoga student or just develop a better understanding of how your body operates, Chris is the person to see.” — James

Li Ling’s classes are mindful yet strong. The structure and flow of her classes cleverly open up every part of my body. Her passion as a yoga teacher runs deep. I always come out of her class feeling like I am walking on air.” — Hui Chin K.

Paulina takes the time to ensure her students understand how to practice in a safe manner and always reminds us to practice in a way that’s best for each of us. At the same time she will challenge her students so they continue to learn and grow. Paulina continues to be the best yoga teacher I’ve had over the years and I look forward to the next opportunity I have to practice with her again.” — Katy P.
