We believe in small group sizes to make sure you receive one-on-one guidance. Throughout, and even after, the 200-hour training, you will have a personalised point of contact as part of the mentorship programme.

Training to become a yoga teacher requires tons of determination, dedication and physical and mental readiness. To ensure that you are practising and learning with like-minded fellow trainees who want to be the best yoga teacher they can be, these are the programme entry requirements.

  • At least a year of regular yoga practice
  • Positive outlook on life and a keen learner
  • Willingness to commit fully to the training programme

An interview will be arranged prior to being accepted into the programme.

WHERE THE TRAINING IS HELD Primarily at the Laguna Park Studio; some modules may be held externally at alternative locations, but still close to the East Coast.

FULL Fees: $4,800

Early Bird Fees: $4,400 (ends 31 January 2019)

(inclusive of training manual and 20 free classes during and within 2 months after the training)

Option to pay over two instalments:

  • 1st payment: $2,200 by 15 January 2019
  • 2nd payment: $2,200 by 22 February 2019
