Workshops are special two hour learning sessions which are usually on the last Sunday of each month. These interactive extended sessions allow students to learn more than “how” but also “why” we do certain things in yoga. Even better, they include a glass of granny’s homemade lemonade specially brewed for the session.

Please note there is a 7-day cancellation policy for workshops.Suitable for all levels of students looking for a good workout.

Don’t have time for both bootcamp and yoga classes? Now you do! Come experience this high energy workout suitable for all levels and capabilities that gives you both regimes. Work on strength, coordination and flexibility and see fat loss as a result of this circuit training format. Bootcamp Yoga will consist of cardio and bodyweight circuits focusing on fat loss and core strength followed by a yoga cooldown stretching session targeted to increasing flexibility.


About your instructor: Laurence Manchee

While teaching martial arts in the UK, Laurence was introduced to yoga to help increase flexibility, restore balance and improve posture. As a highly certified personal trainer, a Reiki practitioner and an Ashtanga Yoga teacher, he is especially interested in incorporating bodyweight circuit training with yoga.
