Workshops are special two hour learning sessions which are usually on the last Sunday of each month. These interactive extended sessions allow students to learn more than “how” but also “why” we do certain things in yoga. Even better, they include a glass of granny’s homemade lemonade specially brewed for the session.

In this workshop, Paulina will guide you through various different pranayama techniques to help achieve a more conscious state. For those who practise yoga, integrating pranayama into your asanas will help you develop more awareness and stability in your poses. For those who don’t practise the physical yoga poses, this can help you calm the mind and focus concentration in your meditation practice.

About Paulina Buck

Having had her share of injuries, Paulina has used yoga in its many forms to aid healing and health. She has a deep understanding of how yoga can rehabilitate and strengthen the body. Paulina also works extensively with cancer patients, teaching them how to use the power of their breath to aide in mobility issues.
