Workshops are special two hour learning sessions which are usually on a weekend afternoon. These interactive extended sessions allow students to learn more than “how” but also “why” we do certain things in yoga. Even better, they include a glass of granny’s homemade lemonade specially brewed for the session.

Lisa Jones will cover fundamental movement patterns in this workshop, which draws from her experience with the Kathy Grant Training. Learning how to move efficiently during yoga, Pilates and our daily activites will optimize our efforts and minimize unnecessary injuries. Beginners to advanced practitioners can look forward to gaining insights into how they can move efficiently and improve their Pilates or yoga practice.

Lisa Jones has been a trainer in Pilates since 2003 and along the way learned many other methods of traiining, including Core Align, Gyrotonic, TrX, Power Plate, and Primal Flow. She is NASM certified and completed the Kathy Grant Heritage Training in 2014. She is passionate about movement of all sorts and especially moving well – with freedom and ease.
