What it’s about:

Do you just want to flow and do nothing else? Do you enjoy the serenity and challenge of multiple rounds of Sun Salutations? And do you bask in the group energy of moving in sync?

If your answer is ‘Yes’ to any of these questions, then you probably would enjoy this Sun Salutations mini-marathon with Li Ling. For 75 minutes, she will guide you through a series of Sun Salutations and nothing else. Be prepared to sweat and feel energised after.

Not suitable for yogis with less than 3 months of practice or those with shoulder injuries.

Li Ling was first drawn to yoga by the fluidity and apparent meditative qualities of a Vinyasa practice. Synchronising each breath with movement and being in the moment is what keeps pulling her back to flow classes. In life and in her outlook, balance is what she strives for. A balanced mindset – never all white and never all black; a balanced diet – fries and salads sounds like a good combi; and a balanced wellness routine – ashtanga at times, netball and myofascial release or just chilling in front of the TV to catch up on Netflix. Learn more about her here.
