What it’s about:

Are you an overworked and sleep-deprived mum who needs time off to take care of your body? Do you experience diastasis recti, sacral-iliac and lower back pain when you cough, sneeze or run? Do you experience uncomfortable sensations in the core or pelvic region when you exercise?

If you said ‘yes’ to any of these, start regaining control of your body and gain peace of mind. This class will focus on:

— ways to feel and restore pelvic floor and core control to provide optimal support for your body;

daily exercises that will improve your quality of life;

breathing methods to make the body (and mind) feel lighter; and

relaxation and meditation techniques to feel more energised.

This class is suitable for women of all ages.

One of KPY’s most experienced Yoga and Pilates teachers, Germin has completed a Pelvic Floor training with Jenny Burrell of Burrell Education and is looking to share her key learnings. As someone who understands female bodies intimately, Germin has made it her mission to empower women  in restoring their core, improve their pelvic health and manage any dysfunction that so negatively impacts the way women live their lives.
