KPY organises a Kids Yoga class every month, usually on a Saturday afternoon. Kids Yoga is a good way to cultivate awareness, patience and increase confidence in your child. Recommended ages between 4 and 8 years old.
The next Kids Yoga session will be back on 26th January 2019, 15.00-15.45.
