KPY organises a Kids Yoga class every month, usually on a Saturday afternoon. Kids Yoga is a good way to cultivate awareness, patience and increase confidence in your child. Recommended ages between 4 and 8 years old.
The next session will be a Parent-Child Yoga on 17th of November, 3pm-4pm.
