Anna Teh portraitAfter 10 years in the advertising arena, Anna decided to change her lifestyle and started learning various ways of helping herself maintain her well-being and balance. She started a whole new journey hungry to learn and discover Shiatsu Therapy (Australia), Reiki Level 1 & 2 in Singapore from Nancy Ho Academy, Release Therapy Workshops, and Macrobiotic and Organic Nutrition. She went on to attain several Teacher’s Diploma Training Courses with Yoga Vendanta Training Academy Shiva Yoga Kendra and Vivekananda School of Yoga and Birthlight UK (Perinatal/Postnatal Diploma).

She is now proficiently skilled in areas such as Pregnancy Physical Therapist, experienced and specialised in Pregnancy Preparation, Trademark Postnatal Pelvic Recovery Method, Postnatal Hypopressive Pelvic & Core Recovery, Diastasis Recti Recovery, Stress Management and Vinyasa Yoga.

Anna has worked with pregnant mums for almost 10 years and has become one of the key Physical Therapist for Prenatal and Postnatal management in Singapore. She is loving every minute of it.

Anna is also very passionate about sports and health. She lives what she teaches, being an enthusiast in swimming, healthy eating and a positive lifestyle. She is a jovial and funny person and she injects her fun personality into her Vinyasa Yoga sessions, simply enjoying a flow practice with her fellow yogis. She loves and adopts the many expressive styles of international Vinyasa Yoga teachers such as Shiva Rea, Meghan Currie, Kathryn Budig and many more.
